Amber was very thorough with out contracts. She was able to manage our contingencies very well which paid off in the end. Amber was always available by phone and email, and whenever we wanted to see a house she made sure to work with our schedule. Our closing went smooth, and she made sure that all inspections and repair where agreed upon appropriately. This was the first time working with her, and I decide to sell the home, I will be sure to use her again.
